Refund & Return Policy – Lipotek

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on Lipotek.com and sets out the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and the handling of complaints or disputes.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by this policy.


1. Scope and Applicability

This policy applies only to retail purchases made directly from Lipotek.com.
It does not cover products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers.


2. Return Policy

Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
After 14 days, we cannot offer a full refund or replacement.

Partial Refund After 14 Days
For return requests made after the 14-day period, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a partial refund equal to 70% of the purchase price upon receipt of the product in its original and undamaged condition, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
The remaining 30% will be retained as a restocking and handling fee to cover inspection, packaging, and logistics costs.

"Toned or Refunded" 90-Day Guarantee
If you do not achieve the promised results within 90 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from our official website and used according to our official instructions.

3. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must:

Be in the same condition as when received.

Be clean, undamaged, and free of signs of use.

Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Products that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.


4. Return Shipping Costs

No Prepaid Labels: Lipotek does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Trackable Service Required: Returns must be shipped with a valid tracking number. Failure to provide tracking may result in denial of the refund request.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only in the following cases:

  1. The product is defective.

  2. The product was damaged during transit (clear photographic evidence required).

  3. The product received does not match the description on our website at the time of purchase.

Refund requests will not be approved for:

Personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like it” or “It’s not what I expected”).

Misuse, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

Failure to read the product description or instructions prior to purchase.


6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Custom or personalized products.

Personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

Sale items or gift cards.

LipoOil: For hygiene and safety reasons, LipoOil — being a consumable liquid product — cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, even if unopened, due to the risk of contamination and rapid alteration.


7. Proof of Delivery and Risk Transfer

If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer at checkout, the order is considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.
Lipotek is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


8. Damages and Issues

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact Lipotek within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to this policy.


9. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a dispute or chargeback, customers must:

Contact info@lipotek.com with full details of the issue.

Provide proof of purchase and shipping documentation.

Allow a reasonable time for us to resolve the matter.

Any chargeback filed in violation of this process may be challenged with all supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and acceptance of this policy.


10. Force Majeure

Lipotek is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.


11. Non-Refundable Fees and Services


The following fees and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Original shipping costs, including but not limited to standard shipping, insured shipping and priority shipping, even if a refund for the product is approved.

  • Any return shipping costs, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Any extended warranty plans, warranty extensions or additional protection/service plans purchased together with the product, once the order has been confirmed.

Any approved refund will only cover the eligible product price, in accordance with this Refund & Return Policy.
