  3. Return the device using the instructions we provide.
  4. Once we receive and verify the returned device, we will issue a refund for the product price within 48 hours.

Please request return instructions before sending anything back. Items returned without prior return instructions may not be processed.

Your 90-day guarantee period begins on the delivery date.

Refund requests must be received within 10 days after the 90-day guarantee period ends, which means within 100 days of delivery.

Requests received after this deadline cannot be accepted.

  • The guarantee is valid once per customer, household, or shipping address.
  • Repeat or duplicate claims are not eligible.

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to decline or limit any refund request that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Repeat claims across multiple names, accounts, addresses, or payment methods
  • Returns that do not include the genuine Lipotek device
  • Returns that do not match the original order
  • Any attempt to abuse the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Exclusions

The following are not refundable:

  • Free gifts
  • Digital bonuses

Free gifts and digital bonuses have no cash value and are not separately refundable. You may keep any digital bonuses included with your order.
